Evelyn married James Shaw in 1899. He was a butcher. James’s sister Ella’s daughter Jane married James Clough Howard and gave birth to Blanche May on 20th July 1900. Jane died in 1901. In 1911 Blanche is living with Evelyn and James. From the photographs she was with Andre’s family a lot, his girls being much the same age and they seem to have remained friends for life. Blanche married Claude Wilman in 1931. He became a branch manager of the Leeds Industrial Cooperative Society.
